End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the QuickBooks Online connector application (the "Application") provided by Secure Construction ("we," "us," or "our") for internal business use.
1. License
The Application is a private, internal tool. We grant authorized Secure Construction personnel a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Application solely for Secure Construction's internal financial reporting purposes. The Application is not licensed or made available to the general public.
2. Permitted Use
The Application may be used only to read accounting data from Secure Construction's own QuickBooks Online company and to generate internal reports. The Application performs read-only operations and does not modify QuickBooks data.
3. Restrictions
Users shall not (a) use the Application to access data belonging to any party other than Secure Construction; (b) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Application; or (c) use the Application in violation of Intuit's terms or applicable law.
4. Intuit Services
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's API. Use of Intuit services is subject to Intuit's own terms and policies. The Application is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
5. No Warranty
The Application is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Secure Construction does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, use of the Application must cease and stored credentials should be removed.
