Q When is the best time to remodel my home?

Q How do I know when it's time to get a new roof?
A The average lifespan of an asphalt shingled roof is 15-20 years. If the age of your roof is unknown, some signs that you may need a new roof include: large amounts of granules in the gutters and missing shingles. Obviously, if your roof is leaking profusely it's time to get a new roof. This picture is a good example of a roof that needs to be replaced.
Q Why are my windows foggy between the panes of glass?
A There are many reasons for condensation to build up between the panes of glass in a window. Most frequently it is due to a broken seal.
